Exciting news for RaderCo!
RaderCo Fave client KayLynn Dalebout's response to "What would you call me and RaderCo?"
Over the last few months, clients have been calling me their performance coach, and RaderCo has been referred to as a performance coaching company. Why? Because we’re so much more than productivity.
With our team of specialists in strengths & leadership, digital wellness, tech tools, stress & resilience, and culture & belonging, we elevate productivity to true high performance.

So we’re officially rebranding to what we’ve already been delivering—a high-performance consulting company specializing in relentless prioritization for sustainable success. After input from my mastermind, branding specialists, a trusted business friend, and top clients, the answer was unanimous—it feels right.
Three Design Days at the *cottage gave me time to dive into AI and create custom GPTs, write new website copy, all with a goal of a complete refresh by the end of September.
What changes for you? Nothing—except messaging that finally fits what we’ve been doing all along.
Behind the scenes with Ali Ingersoll at her book launch for 'Unbreakable(ish): I Wasn’t Built for Boring.'
I also attended Ali Ingersoll’s book launch for Unbreakable(ish): I Wasn’t Built for Boring.Ali is a “dark humor enthusiast & professional quadriplegic,” a powerhouse advocate, keynote speaker, and one of the most amazing humans I know. I am truly honored to call her my friend and can't wait to read about her being babysat by Michael Jackson, living in the Playboy Mansion, and translating her own surgery in China.
Labor Day weekend was filled with walkie-talkies, coffee, disc golf, mountain biking, dinner with friends, and finishing Leanne Morgan’s audiobook What in the World. If you want a laugh-out-loud, feel-good listen, she’s a favorite.
On the speaking front, I helped accountants nationwide Break Free From Busy. Someone asked if I schedule time outside my inbox.
My reply?“I schedule time to be in my inbox.”
Mic drop.
When you get this, I’ll be heading out the door to the Hopscotch Music Festival in Raleigh—celebrating my birthday with a weekend of music and friends...making sure I do something a little bit dangerous, and very indulgent.
Don’t use willpower when you can use apps to save yourself from yourself. In my latest podcast, I share the exact guardrails I use to cut digital distractions—from my LinkedIn-only “Follow 50” rule to apps like ClearSpace, Freedom, Downcast, and Unhook.
Simon Sinek, James Clear, and Marie Kondo all built unforgettable brands with clear frameworks. Greatest Story Creative Annie Franceschi spotlighted Work Well. Play More!® and Reclaim Your Workday as examples of turning one idea into an entire business. Struggling to explain your “special sauce” or want more right-fit referrals? These are for you!
I do meditation, breath work, and self-hypnosis. For the last 30 days, I’ve been using Resonance House, an audio immersion program—and I love it. If you want something different with music, spoken word, and powerful visualization, this is it.
P.S. Did you know I post regularly on LinkedIn? I'd love for you to join the conversation!

Lately, my life looks like presentations, practical ahas, meaningful client moments, and weekend plans centered around books, coffee, and a very happy inner child. I’ve presented three times in the last two weeks—twice for CPA Academy on Work Well Remotely and Break Free From Busy, and yesterday for a local Vistage Peer Advisory Group on Reclaim Your Workday. One of the exercises included making a list of tasks you’ll do Now, Not Now (1–3 months), or Not Ever. I’m set to write a book, but Not...
Our Reclaim Your Workday Action Club started off with a bang! Twenty people have committed to changing habits—for themselves, their team, or their whole company. This week covered Chapter One: Focus and Attention…plus a hot seat question that felt painfully relatable: how do you break the habit of switchtasking when you work in a culture that expects you to respond immediately? Club commitments included: Create a virtual office hour on Mon/Wed/Fri Put chat in DND w/ a status message during...
What an incredible time at Annie Franceschi’s Make More Magic retreat at Disney World. Not only did I get to speak on Decide, Design, and Deliver Better With Your Not-Now List, but I also conjured two “pixie-dust pluses” that I'll be gifting to members of the Reclaim Your Workday Action Club (one valued at $99!). If we can’t bring a little magic back in our carry-on, what are we even doing? See Amber's wonderful work and services! Visiting the Magic Kingdom with the Queen of Disney (Annie)...
