Excited to Be Back!
I took time over the break to reflect with friends and my husband—each conversation brought new insights. A few highlights from our Powered Path Program™ prompts:
Big Lesson: Don’t point out a mistake when someone compliments me—let them enjoy the moment!
Smartest Decision: Writing my new book.
I also set my top priorities for the year:
RaderCo: Launching Reclaim Your Workday, growing our consulting arm, and refreshing our slide templates.
Personal: Staying mindful about scheduling. I’m saying no to extra meetings to protect time for my closest friends and myself (an extrovert with privacy needs here!).
Returning to my inbox was sweetened by this surprise:
I’m one of CPA Academy’s Top 12 Presenters for 2024!
There are over 1,750 instructors on the platform, so I'm truly honored. I’ve delivered 88 sessions to 66,000+ people and can’t wait for another great year. Check it out: CPA-Academy Top Presenter Awards
I presented Work Well Remotely to over 600 people for them this week and discovered the most creative remote workplace I've ever seen!
Especially geared for Companies, Teams, and C-Suite level practices.

When you get this, I’ll be at my annual skin check (you’ve scheduled yours, right?) and then spending the weekend staying warm, signing 100 books, binge-watching a season of Billions, and starting my taxes (because I aim to be my accountant's easiest client!).
Just because new tools & tech pop up daily doesn’t mean your current systems are obsolete. If what you have works, pause and weigh the benefits before adding something new. – Judith Guertin, RaderCo Productivity Specialist.

Reflections, Connections, and Giving Back. I love the end of a quarter because reflection is my jam. I do it daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, but my quarterly deep dives with three friends and my husband are next-level. At the lake house with RaderCo Marketing Specialist Lisa, we walk, eat delicious food, and always leave with at least one big aha. This time? We revamped email templates after automating coaching workflows and realized we were holding back great follow-up...
Community, Cash Flow, and C-Suite Convos... As a member of the National Speakers Association Carolinas Chapter, I recently attended our annual meeting to celebrate the new board. We’re an elite chapter with an unofficial motto that says it all: Together We’re Better. I love this about the speaker community—no competition, just connection. If you don’t have a circle where you can share wins and challenges without judgment, find one... stat. Together We’re Better. But after the conference? I....
On the travel train... Last weekend was all about Ava—my brilliant niece who graduated from high school with an associate’s degree already! She finished sixth in her class and is entering Ball State (my undergrad alma mater) as a sophomore. From the time she was little, she gave away her toys & money to other kids who needed them more. She’s smart, kind, and ready to take on the world. Not biased...just facts! Her gift? A trip with me next week to the Pebble Beach Resort, where I’m speaking...
